Though his appearances in Star Wars: Episode I are brief, the character of Darth Maul, the terrifyingly tattooed apprentice of the evil Sith overlord Darth Sidious, has quickly become a favorite of both fans and collectors alike. As styled from his tragic confrontation with Jedis Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi, this debut action figure features the menacing Maul clad in his black Sith raiment, clutching a deadly double-bladed lightsaber. The newly introduced CommTech chip (included) allows this figure to say "At last we will have revenge" and "If the trace was correct, I will find them quickly, Master"; it also interacts with the Darth Sidious figure (CommTech reader available separately). --Jerry McCulley
