Lenmar R2G vs. Standard NiMH Rechargeable Nickel-Metal Hydride batteries hit the market with a warm reception. Finally there were batteries they would last longer in high drain devices and you could recharge it over and over – no more going through 100s of batteries. There was, however one flaw in the design: NiMH batteries could not hold their charge for a long period of time. Out the package, the batteries needed to be charged and if you left them in your drawer for over a month, you would need to recharge them again before use. Descent rechargeable batteries, I like the Sanyo Eneloop batteries. But these are up there as well and for the price, definitely worth.
