Great case for Leapster July 25, 2010 T. Conley We bought this case with a new Leapster 2 for our daughter due her first one breaking. So far she has been good about putting the game system back in this case when she is done with it.
A Must Have for Leapster kids! July 16, 2010 Joan Johnson (WC, OH USA) I bought this case for my grandson, who takes his Leapster to DayCare every day, in an effort to protect the Leapster and give him a place to store his games. It's perfect! The hard shell is durable and protects the game machine beautifully. It's thrown in a back pack or thrown onto the car floor daily, and still looks brand new. We've managed to fit five games into the storage area, along with the Leapster player itself, so the games are protected as well. I'm fairly sure his Leapster and/or games wouldn't be working by now if I hadn't bought this solid, durable case! Highly recommend as a way to protect your hard-earned money invested in the Leapster and games!
Leapster Game Case July 4, 2010 P. Barrett (MD) I purchased the Leapster Game case for my three year grandson. The product is exactly as I expected. It is just right for carrying his Leapster 2 and three extra cartridges back and forth from his house to my house. It is also just right to keep his Leapster and some cartridges contained in the car.
GREAT CARRY CASE May 13, 2010 Aquarius 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
First of all, this is for the original Leapster or Leapster-2. Not for the L-Max. We got this as a gift from a relative, but our son had a L-max at the time. So we couldn't use it. A year later we got the Leapster 2 LeapFrog Leapster 2 Learning Game System - Green so we got the case out of storage and used it for the new Leapster 2. It offers great PROTECTION for the unit. Our 5yo can open and close it without any problems. It can store 4 games. Three in the bottom, and one left in the unit, which will fit nicely at the top of the case. You could put one or two cartridges more on top of the unit, but I don't recommend it. You could scracth the screen of the unit by doing so. So better don't do it. We feel 4 games in the case is enough for him to take with him where ever he goes. I usualy just let him take 2, sometimes 3 games with him. The rest we keep in a separate Zip-lock bag (for now). He has a total of 6 games now. At home he just keeps all the games in the Zip-lock, and only the one that he's playing with stays in the case. Works fine. We don't feel a for more storage. I also like the nice bright green color. Most of all, I like the PROTECTION it provides to the unit. GREAT PRODUCT! But in case you need more space take a look at the LeapFrog Leapster Messenger Bag.
Leapster 2 game case May 13, 2010 Mrs. T (Syracuse, NY) I actually bought 2 of these cases - one for the game itself and one for the extra cartridges. The cartridge wallet was way too expense and doesn't hold enough cartridges!
